All rates are for 1 - 12 persons. A surcharge may apply for groups larger than 12.

A 50% deposit is required when reservations are booked. The balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Additionally, a security deposit will be charged. The amount will vary with the size of the group. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 60 days of departure, less charges if applicable for international telephone calls, losses or breakage not considered normal wear and tear.
